Refund Policy

Effective Date: July 19, 2025

All sales are final. Tactical Trades does not offer refunds or exchanges for any digital products or services, including but not limited to: online courses, video content, downloadable resources, or tools.

By completing a purchase through this website, you acknowledge and agree to the following:

1. Digital Product Nature
   All Tactical Trades offerings are digital and delivered immediately upon purchase. As such, they are deemed “used” upon delivery and are therefore non-refundable under applicable consumer protection laws.

2. No Right to Cancel or Return
   In accordance with Section 28(1)(m) of the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations and Article 16(m) of the EU Consumer Rights Directive, the right to withdraw from a purchase does not apply once digital content has been accessed or downloaded.

3. Disclosure Compliance
   This policy is clearly presented prior to purchase in compliance with Federal Trade Commission (FTC) guidelines regarding online commerce and refund policies.

4. Acceptance of Terms
   Your purchase and continued use of Tactical Trades content constitute a binding agreement to these terms, enforceable under applicable U.S. contract law, including principles established in Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) Article 2 for digital transactions.

5. Pre-Purchase Responsibility

6. Chargebacks
   Unauthorized chargebacks will be treated as fraud. We reserve the right to dispute chargebacks and provide evidence of product delivery and terms agreed upon at checkout.
